Scope
These Terms govern your use of the public website at bl-az.com and any inquiry, brief, or booking you submit through it. Paid engagements and product subscriptions — including without limitation AI Receptionist, Custom AI Systems, AI Audit, and Lead-Gen Websites, and any other paid service or product we provide — are governed by their own separately executed Statement of Work or product Terms of Service.
No offer; no contract from site content
Content on this site is informational. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, a promise of pricing, or a binding contract. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties execute a written engagement document (SOW, product ToS, or signed quote).
Brief submissions
When you submit a brief via /brief, the contents are not confidential unless a mutual non-disclosure agreement has been signed in advance. If you intend to share sensitive operational or strategic detail, request an NDA first by emailing hello@bl-az.com.
AI-assisted responses
Replies, scoping notes, and audit-style outputs sent in response to your inquiry may be drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a BL operator before delivery. They are advisory, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
Pricing and product claims
This site does not publish pricing. Every engagement is custom-scoped, and all pricing is set in the engagement document, which may vary based on scope, volume, integrations, and term length. The engagement document controls.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Submit fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls
- Scrape content for the purpose of training a competing AI service
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Intellectual property
All site content, code, design, copy, and product and service names — including “Business Logistics,” “Growth Engine,” and any other name, logo, mark, or trade dress used by Business Logistics LLC, whether or not registered, currently marketed, or listed here — are proprietary to Business Logistics LLC. No license is granted to copy, redistribute, or reuse them without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers
This site is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-assisted suggestions will produce any specific business outcome.
Liability cap (site-level)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of this site (separate from any paid engagement) shall not exceed US$100. Engagement-level liability is set separately in the engagement document.
Governing law and venue
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Exclusive venue: state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
