Who we are

Business Logistics LLC (“BL,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is an Arizona-based AI consulting agency. Contact: hello@bl-az.com.

What we collect

  • Brief / contact form data: name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you submit via /brief or any other form on this site.
  • Booking data: if you book a call via Cal.com on /book, Cal.com collects your name, email, and any meeting answers — see Cal.com’s privacy policy.
  • Operational logs: Vercel and our CDN log request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp, path) for up to 30 days for security and performance.
  • Analytics data: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 records anonymized usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device, referrer) to help us understand how the site is used.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not set any analytics cookies until you accept them via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure aggregate usage; IP addresses are anonymized and the data is not used for advertising.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Essential functionality (forms, booking) works regardless of your cookie choice.

Sub-processors

We use the following third parties to operate this site and respond to inquiries:

  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
  • Business Logistics backend (api.bl-az.com) — receives and processes /brief, /roi, and chat submissions
  • Supabase — database that stores brief, ROI, and inquiry submissions
  • Cal.com — booking scheduler embedded on /book
  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymized usage analytics, loaded only after you accept cookies
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for responses
  • Slack — internal notification of incoming inquiries
  • Airtable — CRM record of inquiries
  • GitHub — engineering coordination
  • Third-party AI provider — for any AI-assisted reply drafting

Purpose

We use the data you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation, and continue any engagement that follows. We do not use brief or booking data to train AI models.

Retention

  • Brief and booking submissions: retained for up to 3 years from last contact, then deleted, unless an engagement has begun (in which case retention is governed by the engagement contract).
  • Operational logs: up to 30 days.

Your rights

If you are a resident of California (CCPA), the EU/UK (GDPR), or any other jurisdiction with privacy rights, you may:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any right, email hello@bl-az.comwith the subject “Privacy Request.” We respond within 30 days.

Security

We store form submissions in access-controlled infrastructure — our backend database (Supabase) and CRM (Airtable) — and deliver transactional email via Resend. All data in transit is TLS-encrypted. Internal access is limited to BL operators on a need-to-know basis.

International transfers

Our sub-processors operate primarily in the United States. If you submit data from outside the US, you consent to transfer to and processing in the US. EU/UK transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, a notice on the site.
